Nelnet is seeking a Director of Strategic Growth for Scholarship Services. This role leads growth strategy, builds key Catholic education partnerships, and collaborates across Product, Operations, IT/Engineering, Marketing, and Business Development to drive impact. A track record in SGOs and strong executive presence are essential.

The position offers a hybrid work arrangement in the United States and a compensation range of $165,000–$175,000 with a focus on outcomes and client impact.

Competenze

• 10+ years in field or related field or commensurate education.
• Significant senior leadership experience in education, school choice, scholarship granting, or related nonprofit/education finance services.
• Demonstrated experience working with SGOs or scholarship organizations.
• Established relationships with Catholic education community and external partners.
• Strong written, verbal, and presentation skills.

Mansioni

• Develop and execute a growth strategy for Scholarship Services in Catholic, faith-based, and private-school choice segments.
• Identify and pursue partnerships with dioceses, school networks, and scholarship organizations.
• Build and maintain executive relationships with Catholic education leaders and national school choice organizations.
• Shape the impact narrative using outcomes data and client stories; contribute thought leadership and communications.
• Collaborate with Product, Operations, IT/Engineering, Marketing and BD teams to align on priorities and execution.
