Job summary

The Original Bitcoin Exchange is seeking a Junior Growth Data Analyst to join a remote Marketing team. You will design dashboards, analyze campaigns and user funnels, and translate data into actionable strategies for growth in the crypto space.

Applicants should be comfortable in a fast-paced, remote setting and possess strong SQL, analytics tooling, and data storytelling skills to influence leadership and drive performance.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in data analysis and data management within financial services.
• Experience with product analytics tools such as Amplitude or Mixpanel.
• Proficiency in SQL, Google Analytics 4, Looker Studio.
• Understanding of marketing attribution and ad platforms.
• Experience building KPI dashboards and presenting insights.

Responsibilities

• Own the design and delivery of analytical dashboards for campaigns, user funnels, and product performance.
• Analyze large user and event datasets to uncover trends, opportunities, and risks.
• Explain drivers of acquisition, activation, and retention through data storytelling and cohorts.
• Collaborate with engineers to ensure data integrity and reliable measurement frameworks.
• Define success metrics, validate results, and suggest next steps.
• Translate data findings into actionable recommendations for marketing and leadership.
• Assist in building predictive models for trader LTV to inform strategy.
• Manage data pipelines and analysis for HubSpot with the BD team.
