Hallow is seeking an Organic Growth & Communications Lead to elevate our organic growth across SEO, AI search, PR, and communications. You’ll drive keyword research, technical SEO, and content creation while shaping how we appear in AI answers and news coverage.

You’ll craft stories from data and work with cross-functional teams to align with our mission of helping people pray. You’ll own content—from evergreen pages to journalist pitches—testing new ideas and measuring impact, with strong

Qualifications

3+ years of experience in SEO, organic growth, content marketing, PR/communications or a mix of these areas.
Hands-on with keyword research, on-page SEO, content optimization, internal linking, analytics, and related tools.

Responsibilities

Own SEO and Organic Growth end-to-end from research to publishing and measuring performance.
Explore AI search visibility and GEO / AEO strategies to improve presence.
Find data-driven stories around prayer, faith, culture, and the Church for compelling narratives.
Create evergreen SEO pages, press releases, journalist pitches, landing pages, and marketing content.
Continuously test new ideas, formats, strategies, and PR angles; measure and iterate.
Collaborate with Marketing, Content, Design, Product, and Data teams to support priorities.
