Job summary

Cactus Corn is seeking a Growth & Brand Activation Intern to drive social media growth, content development, and event activation across Arizona. You’ll build weekly content calendars for Instagram, TikTok, and Facebook, shoot and edit short-form video, and help manage analytics and lead generation.

Hour commitments are 15-20 hours per week with an $18/hour base and performance bonuses. You’ll interact with attendees at events and contribute to brand campaigns, while gaining mentorship and

SO WHAT WILL I BE DOING?

As an Event Associate you will be responsible for making sure events run smoothly, providing quality craft snacks to fuel smiles, and making sure everyone has a smile on their face. You will be handling the order taking, production and delivery of the craft snacks and beverages. There will be other opportunities for growth; whether it be into a Stand Lead/Manager, production or warehouse coordinator, Operations or brand Ambassador.

Growth & Brand Activation Intern

Hours: 15-20 hours per week

Compensation: $18/hour + Performance Bonuses

What You’ll Do:

Social Media Growth & Content (60%)

Develop and execute a weekly content calendar for Instagram, TikTok, and Facebook

Shoot and edit short-form video (Reels, TikTok, Stories, LIVE)

Capture event content and turn it into engaging posts

Launch and manage UGC campaigns

Track engagement, follower growth, and performance metrics

Deliver biweekly analytics reports

Stay ahead of platform trends and test new ideas

This role is about growth, engagement, and lead generation - not vanity metrics.

Event Marketing & Brand Ambassadorship (40%)

Represent Cactus Corn at 5-7 local events per month

Engage directly with customers at stadiums, festivals, and campus activations

Create real-time content from live activations

Collect customer feedback and document insights

You will be the face of the brand at events.

Identify micro-influencers and campus ambassadors

Develop local brand collaborations

Help expand our reach across Arizona

Compensation & Performance Bonuses$18/hour base pay

$500 quarterly bonus for exceeding 15%+ follower growth KPIs

$200 bonus per event for generating 50+ qualified leads
