NewForm seeks a Growth Associate to lead the creative operation for multiple clients. You will strategize, concept, and execute paid ad concepts, leveraging our content team and external creators. You connect data to creative and inform strategy with analytics.

You will oversee ad scripting, content strategy, and collaboration with editors to scale performance across campaigns. This is a dynamic, fast-paced role in NYC.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of relevant professional experience in growth, paid media, creative strategy, marketing, or related field.
• Analytical by nature with ability to extract signal from large data sets.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
• Sharp eye for winning ad creative and messaging.
• Ability to manage creative production workflows and timelines.

THE ROLE

As a Growth Associate, you will lead the creative operation from A-Z for your assigned clients. You will be responsible for strategizing, concepting, and executing paid ad concepts, leveraging our in-house content team and external network of creators. As a Growth Associate, you are responsible for connecting the data to the creative. You have an eye for what creative is good, but also are analytical and use data to inform your strategy and execution.

REQUIREMENTS

• 2+ years of relevant professional experience, ideally in growth, paid media, creative strategy, marketing, or a related field
• Analytical in nature, ability to look at large swaths of data/trends and gather signal
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• A sharp eye for what makes a winning ad creative
• Ability to manage creative production workflows
