The Growth Assistant Restaurant Leader supports new restaurant openings (NRO) by overseeing training teams and their development. They train hourly managers and Assistant Restaurant Leaders, support daily operations, uphold standards and culture, and lead NRO when needed.
The environment involves fast-paced kitchen work, physical activity, and interaction with customers, with work both indoors and outdoors, often in varied temperatures, with food, allergens, and equipment requiring PPE.
