Job Description
Your Role at Raising Cane’s:

The Growth Assistant Restaurant Leader supports new restaurant openings (NRO) by overseeing training teams and their development. They train hourly managers and Assistant Restaurant Leaders, support daily operations, uphold standards and culture, and lead NRO when needed.

The environment involves fast-paced kitchen work, physical activity, and interaction with customers, with work both indoors and outdoors, often in varied temperatures, with food, allergens, and equipment requiring PPE.

Your Impact and Responsibilities
  • Lead training teams and develop trainers
  • Manage new restaurant setup and ensure completion
  • Enforce policies and standards
  • Manage shifts and safety standards
  • Conduct performance observations and corrective actions
  • Support operational strategies
  • Perform additional duties as assigned
Qualifications

Requirements for Success:

  • Detail-oriented, organized, capable of managing priorities
  • Self-driven, energetic, with strong communication skills
  • Effective independently and collaboratively
  • Problem-solving skills with goal setting and planning
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and adaptable to new systems
  • Flexible shifts including weekends and travel
  • 3+ years restaurant/retail management experience
  • Knowledge of labor laws, staffing, scheduling, and cost management
  • Experience with new restaurant openings preferred
  • Must be 18+ years old
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; some college preferred
  • Valid driver’s license required
