Reporting to the Manager, Business Development in Los Angeles, the role emphasizes collaboration with CRM and Market Intelligence teams, event partnerships, and targeted outreach to elevate the firm’s profile.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or higher degree required.
• Experience understanding the needs of professional services firms.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities with timelines.
• Proven ability to handle high-pressure situations.
• Willingness to work outside standard hours when needed.

Responsibilities

• Support BD and visibility initiatives for M&A and Private Equity practices.
• Develop collateral: bespoke pitch documents, standardized decks, and matter descriptions.
• Coordinate with BD Manager, Marketing Intelligence, and directories teams.
• Contribute to conferences, sponsorships, and client events.
• Assist with client relationship activities and opportunity spotting.
• Collaborate with CRM, Market Intelligence, and Directories teams for data quality.
• Support pitches and strategic projects across practices.
