Qualifications

• 10+ years of progressive executive leadership experience in growth, strategy, ecommerce, CPG, retail, or specialty food & beverage.
• Proven track record of scaling consumer businesses with direct accountability over revenue, bottom-line growth, and enterprise value.
• Strategic mindset with a rigorous, data-driven approach to decision-making and cross-functional leadership.

Responsibilities

• Define Verve’s multi-year growth strategy and identify high-impact opportunities across channels.
• Own P&L accountability including revenue, gross margins, CAC, LTV, and payback periods.
• Lead a unified Growth engine spanning awareness, acquisition, retention, and loyalty.
• Transform DTC into a strategic consumer intelligence engine using first-party data.
• Build and lead a cross-functional Growth organization spanning Marketing, Ecommerce, Analytics, Brand, and Partnerships.
