Job summary

Later, the world’s most intelligent influencer marketing company, is seeking a growth analytics leader to own the PLG funnel and Creator product metrics. You will develop and maintain dashboards, models, and data definitions that the entire organization trusts, partnering with Data & Analytics to ensure one version of the truth.

You will guide OKRs, cadence, and leadership-ready narratives, translating complex data into actionable growth strategies across Later Social and Creator products.

Qualifications

• 5-7+ years in growth, revenue operations, business or strategy operations, or growth analytics.
• Proven track record of moving funnel metrics and experiments.
• Analytical with funnels, cohorts, conversion math, and experimentation.
• Strong with analytics and BI tools and SQL.
• Operates cross-functionally with OKRs and project leadership.

Responsibilities

• Own the source of truth for growth across Later Social's PLG funnel and Creator analytics.
• Build dashboards, models, and definitions for product metrics; partner with Data & Analytics.
• Lead team OKRs, weekly pacing, and escalation when off track.
• Run recurring funnel and performance reviews; drive decisions and escalation paths.
• Translate data into action plans and leadership-ready narratives.
