Qualifications

• Bachelor's or master's degree with strong quantitative coursework (e.g., operations research, data science, statistics).
• 2–4 years of relevant post-collegiate experience; a PhD may substitute for experience.
• Ability to analyze and validate data using SQL to answer business questions.
• Strong communication and leadership abilities; ability to mentor teammates.

Responsibilities

• Help leading organizations harness data analytics and generative AI to solve critical business challenges and create competitive advantage.
• Develop next-generation analytics and AI solutions to uncover insights, automate decisions, and transform how businesses operate.
• Work directly with client executives to shape analytics roadmaps and identify opportunities for innovation and digital transformation.
• Build scalable data products, intelligent dashboards, and AI-powered applications that drive measurable business outcomes.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver scalable data solutions and drive adoption of analytics and AI.
