We are looking for a Growth Analyst who will contribute to the overall success of our products.

You will join an outgoing and expanding team that monitors and evaluates web analytics dashboards and reports, and recommends improvements in the product to drive growth and better engagement. You will be responsible for performing A/B experiments with all marketing channels – email campaigns, social media posts, etc. At the same time, your tasks will include creating regular reports to keep track of growth experiments and channel performance, analyzing all analytics tools data, and creating marketing campaigns to drive growth in terms of user acquisition and retention. We’d expect you to try various channels for organic growth, bringing in innovative ideas and discovering new opportunities for increasing traffic as well as retention.

Responsibilities

  • Managing our Stripe Radar including analyzing and adjusting fraud levels and Radar rules and block thresholds
  • Analyzing user $, average spend, as well as user behavior, purchase behavior, retention metrics, and lifetime value
  • Cohort analysis and segmentation to identify trends and opportunities
  • Building and maintaining reports and dashboards across analytics platforms such as GA4, Mixpanel, and Stripe to track performance and growth KPIs
  • Creating and analyzing A/B tests and experiments using tools like Google Optimize to optimize conversion rates and user experience
  • Collaborating with the marketing team to support user acquisition strategies across SEO, email marketing, and social media
  • Assisting in the development and optimization of landing pages to improve user conversion and engagement
  • Implementing and maintaining tracking plans to ensure accurate data collection across web and mobile platforms
  • Supporting the integration and optimization of marketing automation tools with analytics system
  • Providing actionable insights and recommendations to cross-functional teams to support product and marketing decisions
  • Continuously monitoring and optimizing SEO performance using Google Search Console and other SEO tools
  • Staying current on growth trends, tools, and best practices in analytics, marketing, and conversion optimization

Qualifications

  • Proficiency in standard business software applications

  • Understanding and knowledge of Google Analytics and other relevant tools for web and mobile analytics
  • Knowledge and experience in analysing data from Google Analytics and GA4, creating Google Analytics reports, segments, understanding goals, and funnels
  • Strong understanding of best practices for SEO, especially on-page optimisation, and hands-on experience with the Google Webmaster Tool
  • Understanding of best practices for social media marketing and other organic channels for growth
  • The candidate must be familiar with best practices for email marketing
  • Should have experience in the integration of analytics & marketing automation tools
  • Should have experience in acquiring users and increasing engagement through social media
  • Should have experience in creating beautiful pages that convert
  • Strong understanding and knowledge of Mixpanel, Stripe AND Google Optimize
  • WordPress knowledge is definitely a bonus, but not essential
