Job Summary:


Acts as a key partner to the Chief Growth & Strategy Officer (CGSO) in driving sales initiatives, ensuring seamless communication, and alignment across Growth office and operating divisions, and enabling data-driven decision-making.



Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following. Other duties may be assigned.



  • Collaborates with the Chief Growth Strategy Officer (CGSO) to execute sales strategies and initiatives aligned with the company's growth objectives.

  • Provides detailed sales reporting, forecasting, and data analysis to support strategic decisions and performance tracking.

  • Owns and manages Salesforce CRM data to ensure accuracy, consistency, and comprehensive reporting of sales activities, opportunities, and pipelines.

  • Designs and implements sales performance metrics and dashboards to monitor key performance indicators (KPIs).Develops insights and recommendations based on data analysis to drive sales team efficiency and effectiveness.

  • Acts as a liaison between the CGSO, sales teams and P&L owners, helping with project management, cross-functional collaboration, and communications.

  • Assists in the development of sales presentations, proposals, and go-to-market strategies.

  • Ensures smooth execution of the sales process by providing operational support and identifying areas for improvement.

  • Monitors and analyzes market trends, with a particular focus on federal markets and healthcare, to inform sales strategies.

  • Provides ad-hoc support for strategic initiatives and other leadership priorities as needed, including Data Collection for M&A activities.





Required Skills

To perform the job successfully, an individual should demonstrate the following competencies:



  • Proficiency with Salesforce CRM (Sales Cloud) or similar CRM tools.

  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and provide actionable insights.

  • Excellent project management and organizational skills.

  • Understanding of federal markets preferred, experience in healthcare industry is a plus.

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams.

  • Self-starter with the ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, etc.) and data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI) a plus.





Required Experience

Education and/or Experience:



  • Minimum Bachelor's Degree in related field

  • 3-5 years of experience in sales analysis, sales operations, or a similar role.

Salary Range
