Description

This role offers a unique opportunity to build and shape Apple’s Growth Accounts Ads team. This segment of clients is exciting and requires best-in-class partnership to achieve their business aspirations. Your efforts and contributions will help establish this as one of the highest performing and most enjoyable Growth Accounts Sales teams!

You should have a passion for helping small and medium businesses succeed, possess strong communication and interpersonal skills, be highly analytical, resourceful, client-focused, and team-oriented. You must be capable of working independently to meet revenue and business objectives and have a proven track record of exceeding sales targets in the ads space with performance advertisers and agencies.

Minimum Qualifications
  • At least 5 years of experience in performance media sales, including 3 years with a self-serve platform.
  • Proven success in exceeding sales targets in digital advertising.
  • Deep understanding of performance advertisers’ strategies and success metrics.
  • Exceptional communication and presentation skills, both in person and over the phone.
  • Self-motivated with a strong desire to make a difference and excel.
  • Ability to develop initial campaign success, build credibility, and foster long-term relationships.
  • Product and industry expertise in client interactions.
  • Exceptional relationship management skills within the performance marketing space.
  • Ability to maintain a robust sales pipeline through email, phone, and in-person outreach, guiding deals through all phases.
  • Strong analytical skills, leveraging data to facilitate business growth.
  • Fluency in English and Spanish; Portuguese is a plus.
  • Bachelor’s degree or relevant 4-year degree.
