GROWMARK FS LLC in Delaware is seeking an Accounting Intern to assist with general accounting tasks under supervision of the Member Services, Business Region Manager.

You will visit FS locations, build professional relationships, and help with account reconciliation, budgeting, audit prep, and financial reporting. Applicants must be pursuing a 4-year degree in accounting/finance, demonstrate independence, and be willing to travel as needed.

Qualifications

• Enrolled in a 4-year university pursuing an accounting, finance, or related degree.
• Second semester junior or first semester senior in good standing.
• Ability to work independently and learn quickly.

PURPOSE AND SUMMARY STATEMENT

Serves as the Accounting intern under the direction of the Member Services, Business Region Manager, trains and assists with general Accounting functions.

ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS

Hands on experience inaccountingfield.

Visit FS locations and customers building professional relationships.

Assistwith account reconciliation and balancing, budget planning, audit preparation, and inventory counts.

Prepare and analyze financial reports.

OTHER JOB FUNCTIONS

Follows GROWMARK’s Code of Conduct and Corporate Compliance Program, Environmental Health and Safety, OSHA and DOT policies and procedures, as they apply.

Performs all other duties as assigned.

REQUIREMENTS

Must be pursuing an accounting, finance, or related degree at a 4-year university with the status of at least a second semester junior or first semester senior in good academic standing attimethe internship begins.

Demonstratesabilityto work independently.

Demonstrates essential abilities including business knowledge, collaboration, communication, customer focus, decisionmakingand skill development.

Must have and maintain a valid driver's license and have the ability to travel independently and overnight as needed.

Ability and willingness toparticipatein required training that may include education on GROWMARK’s policies and procedures andadditionaltraining as it relates to the requirements of the position.
