Qualifications

• MD or DO from an accredited medical school.
• Completion of an accredited Ophthalmology Residency.
• Board Certified or Board Eligible.
• Eligible for Connecticut medical licensure.
• Strong clinical and surgical skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Commitment to patient-centered, compassionate care.
• Ability to work effectively within a multidisciplinary team.
• Fellowship or subspecialty training is welcome.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate and treat a broad range of ocular conditions.
• Provide comprehensive ophthalmology services including cataract evaluation and surgery.
• Manage glaucoma and anterior segment disease as part of a broad practice.
• Collaborate closely with ophthalmologists, optometrists, and support staff.
