The role requires state Life/Health licenses, a strong life protection sales background, and preferred CLU/LUTCF designations. A bachelor’s degree with business emphasis is preferred.

Qualifications

• At least 2 years of life insurance customer-facing sales experience.
• State Life/Health Insurance Licenses.
• Strong mix of life protection sales experience.
• Prior experience as Life Insurance Agent, Insurance Representative, or related sales professional preferred.
• Professional designations such as CLU and LUTCF preferred.

Responsibilities

• Build your own life insurance practice with support from Allstate.
• Drive new business in your local community with agency-owner partnerships.
• Lead client meetings with licensed professionals assisting in relationship-building.
• Leverage Allstate tools, technology, and lead sources to grow your practice.
