Position Overview:
We seek a motivated Sales Representative to join our team and promote our Managed IT services to shopkeepers. The successful candidate will visit shops, explain our products and services, report the outcomes to HR, follow up with interested shopkeepers, and manage the onboarding process. Once a shopkeeper is onboarded, the Sales Representative will be responsible for resolving any issues the shopkeeper may have, collecting payment each month, and forwarding it to the company.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Visit shops and explain our products and services
2. Report outcomes to HR
3. Follow up with interested shopkeepers
4. Manage the onboarding process, including resolving any issues and collecting payments
5. Maintain client relationships

Qualifications:

1. Proven sales experience
2. Strong communication and interpersonal skills

5. Familiarity with IT service management is a plus
