Golden Bloom is looking for a passionate, dedicated, and self-motivated individuals to join our grow team. As a team member, you will be responsible for caring for and maintaining high quality and healthy plants, harvesting, sanitizing all equipment and grow rooms, and other general duties around the cultivation as they relate to the upkeep of plant health and production.

Requirements

Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with a sense of urgency, high energy, and hands-on approach.

Ability to be flexible and adaptable when a situation requires it.

Must have the ability to push, pull, or lift a minimum of 50 pounds.

Throughout extended periods, must be capable of sitting, squatting, standing, kneeling, bending, or walking throughout the workday.

Must be able to multitask efficiently.

Reliable transportation and valid driver's license.

Team player with the ability to gain consensus through collaboration and open dialogue.

Available to work 40 hours per week; including weekends if necessary

Follow all safety regulations in accordance with company policies.
