Qualifications

• Experience assisting cultivation leadership in cannabis grow operations.
• Knowledge of greenhouse automation and environmental controls.

• Willingness to complete required Priva Connect modules.

Responsibilities

• Implement and adapt crop plans as directed by senior management.
• Provide yield and crop data to VP of Cultivation during budgeting.
• Identify and optimize growing practices for quality and efficiency.
• Develop fertilization and irrigation programs for different crops.
• Monitor and control greenhouse environments and irrigation/CO2 settings.
• Lead greenhouses tours with consultants and growing team.
• Coordinate with Labor and Operations to ensure workflow and planning.
