Facility Locations: Grove City, Circleville, and West Park

Schedule: PRN/Contingent

General Summary:

In this role, you will provide physical therapy services to patients impaired by physical dysfunction, including assessment, treatment planning, and implementation. You will participate in patient care conferences, program development, and screenings as appropriate. Supervision of PTAs and aides as assigned is also part of your responsibilities. You will complete documentation adhering to policies, procedures, and current standards of clinical practice.

Your Responsibilities:

• Conduct physical therapy screenings and evaluations to determine patient physical status.
• Provide physical therapy treatment consistent with the standards of the APTA.
• Develop and implement treatment plans to help patients reach their highest potential for independence.
• Provide direct patient care in line with productivity standards.
• Supervise PTAs and aides, reviewing their work as assigned.
• Maintain accurate documentation for quality and reimbursement purposes.
• Participate in patient care conferences and CQI activities.
• Engage in continuing education and in-service programs.
• Assist in program development and departmental activities.

Required Qualifications:

• Completion of an accredited Physical Therapy program.
• State licensure as required by Ohio.
