Job summary

Christ Fellowship Church in Boca Raton is seeking a Groups & Care Coordinator to provide leadership and direction for the Groups & Care ministry on the Boca Raton campus. This role shepherds group leaders, class facilitators, coaches, and volunteers while cultivating a healthy culture of spiritual growth, prayer, pastoral care, and leadership development.

The ideal candidate will demonstrate gifts such as leadership, discernment, exhortation, teaching, and pastor/shepherd, and will collaborate

Qualifications

• Growing and mature relationship with Jesus Christ and alignment with Christ Fellowship's mission and values.
• Relational leadership with ability to shepherd, recruit, and develop volunteers.
• Clear communication with wisdom, discernment, compassion, and discretion in pastoral care.

Responsibilities

• Execute the central Groups & Care vision and strategy across campus ministries; resource and develop group leaders and volunteers.
• Lead and support Prayer Teams and provide pastoral care and triage counseling as needed.
• Manage day-to-day Groups & Care operations, budget, and reporting; maintain ministry data in Rock and on the website.
