Job summary

New Oakland Family Centers in Michigan is seeking a Group Facilitator to deliver high-quality clinical care in the FACE to FACE Partial Hospital Program. You will lead therapeutic groups and collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to support consumers.

This hourly position reports to Clinical leadership and offers $19–$22 per hour, commensurate with experience, with Monday–Friday hours. You will maintain documentation, participate in team meetings, and stay current with training requirements

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required; related fields preferred (social work, counseling, psychology).
• Mental health experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead daily therapeutic groups within the FACE to FACE Partial Hospital Program.
• Provide compassionate, person-centered care in line with policies and procedures.
• Maintain HIPAA-compliant documentation and timely record-keeping.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to coordinate care and treatment plans.
• Assist with discharge planning and care coordination as needed.
• Attend team meetings and contribute to a collaborative work environment.
