You will lead groups, model healthy eating behaviors, monitor safety, and document sessions. Evening hours are included, and compensation reflects education and experience.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Bachelor’s degree in counseling or similar field strongly preferred.
• Minimum of two years’ experience in a health-related field.
• Group therapy experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide a safe, comfortable environment and therapeutic milieu for patients.
• Model therapeutic eating habits by eating meals and snacks aligned with our nutrition philosophy.
• Engage with patients in line with our therapeutic approach.
• Deliver curriculum to groups and communicate issues effectively.
• Run assigned groups independently.
• Co-facilitate groups and support engagement and attendance.
• Internalize feedback from manager and improve accordingly.
• Maintain professional presentation reflecting Monte Nido standards.
• Monitor patient safety during the program day and apply recovery-focused directives when needed.
• Participate in daily meals and snacks and document accordingly.
• Update group and meal notes within 24 hours with attendance details.
