Job summary

Kingston Wellness Retreat seeks a Group Facilitator to lead group therapy and crisis intervention sessions, while collaborating with the treatment team to coordinate care. In this role you will deliver psychoeducational groups and ensure timely documentation in compliance with regulations.

Responsibilities include participating in staff trainings, engaging clients in experiential learning, and contributing to a supportive, evidence-based treatment environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Psychology, Social Work, or Human Services required.
• Experience with addictions and mental health diagnoses preferred.
• Proficient computer skills including Microsoft Office.
• Understanding of KIPU electronic medical record system is preferred.
• CPR/First Aid Certification.

Responsibilities

• Provides group therapy, crisis intervention, and psychoeducational groups.
• Collaborates with treatment team including case managers and clinical director.
• Completes clinical documentation promptly in line with regulations.
• Attends staff trainings and meetings as required.
• Other duties as assigned.
