Candidates must hold a DC LGPC or LGSW license and have at least one year of behavioral health and mental health counseling experience.

Qualifications

• DC license LGPC or LGSW.
• Behavioral health: 1 year.
• Mental health counseling: 1 year.

Responsibilities

• Lead group therapy sessions with focus on coping skills, emotional regulation, and social skills.
• Develop and implement group curriculum using evidence-based practices (e.g., CBT, DBT, mindfulness).
• Create a safe, supportive environment that fosters open communication and mutual respect.
• Collaborate with clinical teams to tailor interventions to treatment goals.
• Maintain accurate documentation of group sessions and progress.
