Job summary

HCLTech is seeking a senior AI product strategist to lead the development and execution of AI-driven product strategy and roadmaps. You will align domain knowledge with process automation, collaborating with engineering, UX, sales, and marketing to deliver market-ready solutions.

You will engage stakeholders, translate business needs into functional specs, and guide go-to-market efforts, ensuring timely, high-quality product releases and ongoing optimization.

AI Product Strategy and Vision: The role involves Consulting on promoting Agentic AI with Domain(FS / RCPG / LSH, Manufturing / Tehcnology) specific knowledge on Process Automation with Business & IT team stakeholders on Google Cloud AI Tech Stack. It requires a strong agile product development mindset to allign with domain specific process to Identify Agenti AI Automation use Cases to address customer challenges and industry trends.

• Product Development and Execution: Responsibilities include managing Product development roadmaps for qualified Agentic AI Use cases, functional requirmeent with AI Automaton initiatives (Proudct backlog) , Translating business needs into detailed Fucntional & Tecnical specifications to drive agile iterative delivery with Engineering and User teams to ensure timely, quality product releases.
• Stakeholder Alignment and Go-to-Market: The position serves as the primary product expert collaborating across functions like engineering, UX, sales, and marketing. It involves engaging customers for feedback, supporting product launches and adoption, and monitoring key performance metrics to guide continuous improvement

Compensation and Benefits

A candidate’s pay within the range will depend on their skills, experience, education, and other factors permitted by law. This role may also be eligible for performance-based bonuses subject to company policies.
