Job summary

Qualifications

• Must pass all applicable background checks.
• WSI/BSI certifications preferred; other certifications may be considered.

Responsibilities

• Provide superior instruction to increase swim skills for classes within training scope.
• Enforce center rules to provide a safe environment.
• Deliver quality service, leadership, and mentoring to guests in swim lessons.
• Maintain up-to-date lesson plans and progress reports.
• Safe operation of facilities and equipment; ensure safety.
• Attend team meetings and maintain certifications.
