Responsibilities

• Provide superior instruction to increase swim skills across classes.
• Enforce center rules to maintain a safe environment.
• Deliver high-quality customer service and mentorship to guests.
• Maintain lesson plans and progress reports.
• Operate facilities and equipment safely and follow TSA policies.
• Assist in developing systems to safeguard facilities and supplies.
• Keep maintenance records and notify for major repairs.
• Attend scheduled meetings and uphold safety standards.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
