Orangetheory Fitness is hiring a Fitness Coach for our Applewood, Arvada, and West Arvada studios. Lead the 1-hour workout, motivate members, and ensure proper form with interval-based training.

You’ll connect with a diverse member base, drive goals, and uphold safety while delivering engaging coaching. Certifications (ACE, NASM, AFAA, NSCA, ACSM CPT/CSCS) or CPR/AED are required; a team player with energy is essential.

Qualifications

• Certifications in ACE, NASM, AFAA, NSCA, ACSM (CPT, CSCS, Group Fitness, or Exercise Physiologist) or CPR/AED are required.
• Qualified coaches must demonstrate energy, clarity, and the ability to connect with members at all fitness levels.

Responsibilities

• Guide members through pre-designed 1-hour studio workouts using interval training principles.
• Deliver motivation, accountability, and expert instruction to a diverse member base.
• Support members in setting and achieving personal fitness goals.
• Ensure proper form and technique while correcting movements safely.
• Demonstrate and explain equipment usage clearly and confidently.
• Bring energy and presence to every class, creating a fun and inclusive experience.
• Stay informed on fitness trends and continuously improve performance.
