Friends Hospital in Philadelphia, PA invites a dedicated Social Worker / Group Therapist to join our full-time team, Tue-Sat 9a-5:30p. The role provides psychotherapeutic services, group therapy, discharge planning, and collaboration with an interdisciplinary team in a trauma-informed setting.

Applicants should hold a Master’s in Social Work with 2 years clinical psychiatric experience; licensure not required but preferred.

Competenze

• Master’s degree in Social Work, Clinical/Counseling Psychology or Social Services related field required.
• Experience: 2 years of Clinical experience with psychiatric MH population preferred.

Mansioni

• Conducts psychosocial assessments and discharge planning.
• Facilitates process group treatment and therapeutic group sessions.
• Plans and delivers group interventions to support treatment goals and recovery.
• Develops treatment plans with relevant assessment findings and interventions.
• Coordinates discharge and aftercare services.
• Maintains professional boundaries with patients and staff.
