Crescent Hotels & Resorts in Tulsa, OK is seeking a Revenue Manager to build and manage group rate plans, create group masters in the Revenue Management System, and coordinate with Sales Managers to optimize occupancy and revenue.
You will monitor cut-off dates, perform 14-day window inventory audits, prepare the Group Pickup Report, and lead weekly meetings while supporting the Commercial Teams with accurate forecasts and strategic recommendations.
Must have the ability to communicate in English. Self-starting personality with disposition. Must always maintain a professional appearance and manner. Can communicate well with guests. Must be willing to “pitch-in” and help co-workers with their job duties and be a team player. Analytical and technical skill required. Need working knowledge of reservations and front office systems and Microsoft Office Suite to take full advantage of the revenue opportunities. Forecasting and creative revenue management abilities needed. Yield management skill required to evaluate business trends and communicate recommendations to property team to take full advantage of revenue maximization.
