Hilton is seeking a Group Rooms Coordinator to support our hotel's group booking process and deliver memorable experiences for every guest. You’ll coordinate rooming lists, event resumes, and billing while liaising with meeting planners, housing bureaus, convention teams, and the front office.

You will provide exceptional customer service, respond quickly to inquiries, and assist with departmental projects and clerical tasks to keep operations running smoothly across the team.

Qualificações

As a Group Rooms Coordinator, you’re not just supporting the hotel’s group booking process – you’re spreading the light and warmth of hospitality by delivering memorable experiences that make the stay for every guest.

Responsibilities

Here’s what you'll do during a typical day:

• Process group rooms: Coordinate group booking details, including rooming lists, suites, event resumes, and billing requirements.
• Ensure seamless communication: Act as a liaison to verify and relay reservation information between internal and external stakeholders, including meeting planners, housing bureaus, convention teams, and the front office
• Provide exceptional customer service: Respond promptly and professionally to inquiries from clients, guests, and team members
• Support special projects: Assist with coordinating departmental initiatives or ad-hoc assignments
• Provide administrative support: Assist department managers with clerical work such as word processing, data entry, filing, and copying
