The ideal candidate should have at least 1 year of customer service experience in hospitality, preferably with Marriott. This position offers a salary ranging from $20.00 to $24.00 per hour and various employee benefits including medical, dental, and flexible scheduling.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of experience in front desk sales or customer service in hospitality.
• Experience in a Rooms Controller or Group Rooms Coordinator role preferred.
• Previous Marriott experience is highly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide administrative support to Sales and Catering Managers.
• Process reservation requests and changes promptly.
• Maintain accuracy of room blocks and reservations.
• Welcome guests in accordance with company standards.
• Monitor progress of room blocks and communicate statuses.
