Job summary

Qualifications

• Previous hotel experience in a Reservations, Front Office, Sales and Marketing or Accounting environment is preferred.
• Must be able to work a variety of shifts, including weekends and holidays.
• Maintain a professional business appearance, attitude, and performance.

Responsibilities

• Manage and oversee the Group Reservation process.
• Assist in daily duties including answering phones and filing.
• Liaise with Sales Team in coordinating group bookings.
• Process confirmations and maintain group blocks accurately.
• Check rooming lists for accuracy.
