Valor Hospitality Partners, LLC is seeking a Group Rooms Coordinator in Gulf Shores, AL. You will manage group reservations, room blocks, and client communication, coordinating with Sales, Conference Services, Catering, Front Office and Housekeeping to ensure smooth events.

The role requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and experience with Opera PMS, Delphi FDC, and Passkey. A hospitality mindset and team collaboration are essential.

Qualifications

• Education: High school diploma or equivalent; a degree in Hospitality Management or a related field is preferred.
• Experience: Previous experience in hotel reservations, front office, or sales support, preferably in a luxury property.
• Skills: Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, both verbal and written. Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities effectively.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel.

Responsibilities

• Group Reservations Management: Process all group sales contracts and maintain group blocks in the PMS, enter rooming lists, manage inventory, and audit blocks post‑departure.
• Client Communication: Serve as the primary hotel contact for group clients, respond to inquiries and coordinate details with internal teams.
• Internal Collaboration: Work with Sales, Conference Services, Catering, Front Office, and Housekeeping to execute group events.
• Administrative Duties: Generate reports on group pick‑up, rooming lists, billing, and maintain accurate records.
