Job description

Snap Inc is a technology company. We believe the camera presents the greatest opportunity to improve the way people live and communicate. Snap contributes to human progress by empowering people to express themselves, live in the moment, learn about the world, and have fun together.

The Company operates Snapchat, a visual messaging app that enhances your relationships with friends, family, and the world, and Specs Inc., a wholly-owned subsidiary dedicated to making computing more human, in addition to Bitmoji, Saturn, and other digital services.

The Product Marketing team uses creativity, market research, and insights to optimize and inspire roadmaps for products across Snap Inc. This team works in a highly collaborative environment to deliver go-to-market efforts and strategies to demonstrate the role that Snapchat plays in the lives of our community and helps businesses grow.

We're looking for a Lead, Product Marketing Manager to join our Brand Product Marketing team at Snap Ads! Our Brand team's mission is to make Snapchat a must-buy for brand advertisers by expanding our video solutions across Snap's surfaces — including Chat, Spotlight, Stories, and Map — and by marketing the full breadth of our Brand product portfolio. As an individual contributor, you'll help brands and agencies understand why Snapchat is essential for reaching our community in a social and CTV video landscape that is constantly evolving.

What You’ll Do:
  • Own the go-to-market strategy for Snap's video solutions, partnering closely with Product, Sales, and Marketing Science to bring new video formats and features to market across Snap's surfaces
  • Develop positioning, narrative, and sales activation plans across the Brand product portfolio, ensuring advertisers and agencies understand how Snap's offerings fit into their broader video and social strategy
  • Act as the voice of the advertiser by gathering and synthesizing feedback on video and Brand products, directly informing product strategy and roadmap shared with Director and MD-level leadership
  • Build a deep, current understanding of the social and CTV video landscape, including competitive offerings and emerging formats, and translate that knowledge into sharp, differentiated positioning for Snap
  • Develop sales enablement materials and programs — pitch narratives, case studies, and training — that drive adoption and revenue growth for Brand and video solutions
  • Define and track KPIs for adoption, advertiser satisfaction, and revenue, delivering clear performance narratives to senior leadership in QBRs and strategic reviews
  • Establish scalable feedback loops between advertisers, sales, and product teams to prioritize high-impact opportunities and improve the end-to-end advertiser experience
Knowledge, Skills & Abilities:
  • Strong understanding of brand advertising and how advertisers and agencies evaluate and buy video and brand-building media
  • Fluency in the social and CTV video landscape, including how Snap's surfaces compare to and differentiate from competitive platforms
  • Advanced expertise in digital advertising, monetization, and platform strategy
  • Strong executive presence with the ability to influence at the highest levels
  • Proven leadership in scaling marketing programs and frameworks globally
  • Exceptional communication and storytelling skills, with experience presenting to business, technical teams, and Advertiser/Agency Senior Leadership
  • Ability to operate autonomously and lead in ambiguous, high-impact initiatives across multiple teams and products
  • Demonstrated ability to champion AI adoption and lead the automation of manual workflows, freeing team capacity to focus on high-value strategic work that drives business impact
Minimum Qualifications:
  • BS/BA degree or equivalent years of experience
  • 8+ years of experience in product marketing, product strategy, or other relevant digital marketing or advertising roles
  • Experience in product marketing for brand advertising, video, or media products
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Experience leading marketing for video, CTV, or social advertising products at scale
  • Proficiency in GTM frameworks and strategic narrative development
  • Ability to translate market intelligence and competitive video/CTV landscape insight into product direction
  • Comfortable with data analysis and visualization using tools like Looker or similar platforms
