Job summary

Google LLC is seeking a Group Product Manager for User Growth on Google Maps to drive global user acquisition and engagement. You will define growth strategies, work across iOS and Android, and mentor PMs while partnering with engineering, data science, UX, marketing, and leadership.

You will shape growth initiatives for Conversational AI experiences and scale opportunities across mature and emerging markets, helping Maps reach billions of users worldwide.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience required.
• 10+ years in product management focusing on growth and engagement for consumer products.
• Experience growing global consumer product users and driving acquisition.

Responsibilities

• Define the user growth roadmap to expand reach and engagement across global users.
• Understand user behavior, reduce friction, and convert casual visitors into daily active users.
• Lead growth initiatives across iOS and Android and integrate AI capabilities into core experiences.
• Mentor PMs and lead cross-functional initiatives with eng, data science, UX, marketing, and leadership.
• Advocate growth excellence with analytics, measurement systems, and holdout frameworks.
