Job summary

Google Maps is seeking a Group Product Manager for User Growth to drive expansion of global reach and engagement across iOS and Android.

You will guide growth initiatives from conception to launch, partnering with engineering, data science, UX, marketing, and business leadership to build scalable solutions.

The Geo team focuses on Maps, Earth, Street View, and Maps Platform, enabling billions of users and developers worldwide to navigate and enrich their experiences.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in CS or related field or equivalent practical experience.
• 10 years PM experience in consumer products leading growth/engagement.
• Experience with product growth and user acquisition for global users.
• Experience leading cross-functional initiatives and mentoring PMs.

Responsibilities

• Define the user growth roadmap for Google Maps, identifying opportunities to expand reach, engagement, and across global users.
• Develop a deep understanding of user behaviors, friction points, dynamics, turning casual map visitors into daily, engaged users.
• Formulate and execute the growth, awareness, first-time adoption, and ongoing strategies for Conversational AI experiences across Maps.
• Lead differentiated growth strategies across iOS and Android ecosystems, optimizing high-intent acquisition loops and connected vehicle experiences.
• Serve as the advocate for growth excellence across Geo, embedding advanced analytics, robust measurement systems, and high product judgment for bold growth bets.
