About the right team member

We’re looking for an experienced Group Product Manager to lead the strategy and execution of a new 0→1 product. You’ll own the product vision, drive delivery, and partner closely with engineering and the business to bring a high‑impact product to market.

This role is a good fit if you…
  • Have built and scaled marketplace products, including taking products from idea to launch.
  • Can define a clear product vision and lead go‑to‑market strategy.
  • Are execution‑focused and know how to unblock teams while balancing speed and quality.
  • Act as a true product owner with a high bar for craft and detail.
  • Bring a GM mindset, weighing business impact and making tough trade‑offs.
  • Generate insights from both qualitative and quantitative data.
  • Are comfortable operating in ambiguity and shaping direction as you go.
  • Stay close to new and evolving technologies and apply them thoughtfully.
  • Enjoy owning a roadmap and collaborating deeply with engineering and business partners.
  • Value collaboration, iteration, and feedback as part of building great products.
  • Prefer shipping early and often, keeping solutions simple and avoiding unnecessary complexity.
Key Responsibilities
  • Lead Product Strategy & Roadmap
    • Define and communicate a clear product vision aligned with company goals and customer needs.
    • Drive roadmap prioritization using value‑vs‑effort frameworks to maximize impact and time to market.
    • Define and drive the go‑to‑market strategy for a new 0→1 product.
    • Balance near‑term delivery with long‑term strategic investments.
  • Execution & Delivery Excellence
    • Oversee the product lifecycle, from ideation through launch and post‑release optimisation.
    • Collaborate closely with engineering to ensure feasibility, quality, and timely delivery.
    • Use tools such as Notion, Confluence, Jira, and other internal platforms to drive transparency, collaboration, and documentation across teams.
  • Champion User‑Centric Product Development
    • Leverage customer insights, data, and market trends to guide product direction.
    • Foster a deep understanding of the needs on both sides of a consumer and wellness business marketplace.
    • Partner with UX and research to ensure products are intuitive, efficient, and easy to use.
  • Leadership & Team Development
    • Lead, mentor, and inspire a foundational team of product managers, ensuring they deliver measurable impact.
    • Promote a data‑driven, outcome‑oriented product culture.
    • Ensure the team follows best practices in product management and documentation, driving consistency and clarity across initiatives.
    • Encourage cross‑functional alignment between product, engineering, design, payments, marketing, and customer success.
  • Stakeholder Engagement
    • Communicate product vision, roadmap, and progress to executive leadership and key customers.
    • Build strong relationships with partner businesses, gathering feedback to guide roadmap decisions.
    • Collaborate with sales and marketing to ensure successful product positioning and launches.
Skills & experience
  • 6–10 years of product management experience, including 3–5 years leading PMs.
  • A strong track record launching and scaling consumer marketplace products.
  • Deep experience with systems architecture and consumer mobile apps; payments experience is a plus.
  • Strong analytical skills, with the ability to define, query, and interpret data independently.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with experience partnering across functions and with data science.
  • Sharp product intuition grounded in user feedback and data.
  • Experience working in agile, full‑stack product teams from discovery through delivery.
  • Comfort using modern product tools like Notion, Confluence, Jira, Figma, and Miro.
