Chime is seeking a Group Product Manager to lead Platform Product, which includes Chime’s proprietary payments and ledger processing platform ChimeCore. ChimeCore is a mission‑critical, highly technical system that underpins Chime’s core financial products and enables speed, reliability, and regulatory compliance at scale.
In this role, you will lead a small, senior team of Product Managers and work deeply cross‑functionally with Engineering, Infrastructure, Risk, Compliance, and Operations. You will own the product vision and execution for a complex internal platform that directly impacts product velocity, member experience, cost efficiency, and regulatory outcomes across the company.
This is a high‑impact leadership role for a technically strong product leader who thrives in platform environments and understands how to balance scalability, resilience, and developer experience in a regulated financial system.
The base salary offered for this role and level of experience will begin at $213,000 and up to $285,000. Full‑time employees are also eligible for a bonus, competitive equity package, and benefits. The actual base salary offered may be higher, depending on your location, skills, qualifications, and experience.
This role is in‑office in San Francisco Monday‑Thursday.
