• Experience building products for engineers as primary customers without mandates.
• Ability to articulate complex infrastructure strategy and investment cases to executives.
• Responsible use of generative AI with human oversight to improve workflows.

Responsibilities

• Own the end-to-end product roadmap and success metrics for Developer Infrastructure.
• Lead migrations to simplify systems, reducing complexity and improving reliability.
• Build quality scorecards and dashboards for production systems.
• Partner with Engineering, SRE, Security, and infra leadership to ensure reliability and security.
