Job summary

Coinbase is seeking a Group Product Manager for Developer Infrastructure. You will own the product vision and multi-year strategy for the code lifecycle, from change to production deployment, enabling engineers to be faster, safer, and more productive.

You will partner with Engineering, SRE, Security, and leadership to ensure reliability, security, and scalability, while shaping AI-enabled testing and deployment capabilities for the developer lifecycle.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of product management experience in developer infrastructure or internal tools.
• Strong fluency in end-to-end code lifecycle and DORA metrics.
• Proven track record delivering multi-year platform strategies.
• Experience making engineers the primary customers and driving adoption.

Responsibilities

• Own the end-to-end product roadmap and success metrics for Developer Infrastructure, including CI/CD pipelines and deployment systems.
• Lead migrations to reduce complexity and improve reliability.
• Build quality scorecards and executive visibility.
• Partner with Engineering, SRE, Security, and leadership to ensure reliability and scalability.
• Translate user feedback into prioritized, high-impact investments.
• Shape integration of AI-powered testing and deployment capabilities into the code lifecycle.
