Job summary

Coinbase is seeking a Group Product Manager for Developer Infrastructure to own the product vision and multi-year strategy for the code lifecycle, from change to production deployment. You will define world-class developer infrastructure and drive execution to make engineers faster, safer, and more productive.

You will lead end-to-end roadmaps for CI/CD, release automation, testing infrastructure, and deployment systems; partner with Eng, SRE, Security; build scorecards; translate user needs

Qualifications

• 10+ years of product management experience in developer infrastructure or internal tools.
• Fluency in end-to-end code lifecycle metrics (CI/CD, build, testing, deployment).
• Proven track record delivering multi-year platform strategies that boost developer velocity and reliability.
• Experience selling to engineers and driving adoption without mandates.
• Ability to present complex infra strategy to senior leadership.
• Responsible use of AI to improve workflow efficiency and quality.

Responsibilities

• Own the end-to-end product roadmap and success metrics for Developer Infrastructure.
• Lead migrations to reduce complexity and improve reliability across the platform.
• Create quality scorecards and dashboards for production systems with executive visibility.
• Collaborate with Engineering, SRE, Security, and leadership to ensure reliability and scalability.
• Analyze usage patterns and feedback to prioritize high-impact investments.
• Shape integration of AI-powered testing, validation, and deployment into the code lifecycle.
