Job summary

StarRez, the global leader in student housing software, is seeking a Group Product Manager to lead strategy and outcomes across a portfolio focused on the resident experience on and off campus. You will align customer and market opportunities with StarRez's product and business strategy, setting clear priorities and driving meaningful customer and commercial results.

You will coach a team of Product Managers, set priorities, and partner with Engineering, Design, GTM, and Analytics to deliver

Qualifications

10+ years of product management experience with ownership of complex SaaS or marketplace products.
Direct people-management experience coaching and developing Product Managers.
Experience leading strategy and prioritization across multiple product areas and customer journeys.
Strong business judgment, tying product decisions to measurable outcomes.
Proficiency with customer research, analytics, and experimentation to inform strategy.

Responsibilities

Lead product strategy, roadmap direction, and performance across a portfolio of product areas.
Coach and develop a team of Product Managers with clear ownership and growth opportunities.
Set portfolio priorities and manage investments and trade-offs among customer needs, technical needs, and business objectives.
Provide oversight for on- and off-campus portfolios including marketplace growth and monetization.
Establish success measures and use analytics and market insights to guide decisions.
Collaborate with Engineering, Design, GTM, Analytics, and other leaders to deliver outcomes.
