Job summary

Ford Credit is seeking a Group Product Manager for the Billing, Invoicing, and Statements Platform to lead the strategy, roadmap, and delivery across Ford Credit and Ford Pro. This role requires enterprise ownership, stakeholder alignment, and strong technical fluency to modernize core auto-lending platforms and invoicing capabilities.

Qualifications

• Experience leading enterprise platform product management across complex systems.
• Strong billing/invoicing knowledge and regulatory awareness.
• Ability to translate business rules into backlogs, MVPs, and roadmaps.

Responsibilities

• Own the product strategy, roadmap, and delivery for Core Billing, Invoicing, and Statements Platform.
• Define MVP boundaries for complex invoicing and consolidated billing scenarios.
• Lead cross-functional alignment with engineering, compliance, finance, and print vendors.
• Define and govern complex billing logic, document generation, and audits.
• Establish success metrics and platform observability, including SLA and delivery metrics.
