Job summary

CDK Global seeks a hands-on Group Product Manager to lead Fortellis Marketplace, driving API strategy, developer experience, and marketplace growth. You will guide a team of PMs, own the product roadmap, and partner with engineering, architecture, and commercial teams to scale API platforms and self-service experiences.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in CS, business, engineering, or equivalent.
• 8+ years of enterprise SaaS product management experience.
• Experience coaching PMs and leading teams.
• Strong API strategy, lifecycle, governance and monetization knowledge.
• Experience designing pricing, subscriptions, and marketplaces.
• Ability to work with cross-functional teams and customers.
• Willingness to travel up to 15%.

Responsibilities

• Define and drive product vision, strategy, roadmap, and execution for Fortellis Platform and Marketplace.
• Lead PMs responsible for APIs, Platform/API Gateway, Developer Experience, and App Marketplace.
• Own API strategic framework across product, tech, and market launch readiness.
• Partner with product, engineering, and marketing to publish and govern APIs.
• Oversee API lifecycle: intake, discovery, design, governance, monetization, support, sunset.
• Advocate API-first and agent-ready product practices and AI-enabled use cases.
• Improve dealer, OEM, ISV, developer, and internal UX across discovery to self-service.
• Measure success with OKRs, analytics, usage data, and financial metrics.
