Job summary

Reddit is seeking a Group Product Manager to lead the Finance SaaS portfolio, guiding treasury, planning, procure-to-pay, record-to-report, payroll, and equity domains. You will coach a small team of SaaS product managers while owning your own set of applications in a player-coach model.

You will set the product vision, drive multi-quarter roadmaps, and manage vendor relationships to enable AI-enabled automation across global finance operations.

Responsibilities

• Oversee build-vs-buy decisions and vendor selections with Finance and EA teams.
• Establish a scalable product operating model with intake, prioritization, and adoption metrics.
