Job summary

Collective Health in Plano, TX is seeking a Senior Product Manager to lead and mentor a small team of PMs, owning the end-to-end roadmap for Core TPA Claims and driving strategic opportunities in healthcare technology.

You will partner with design, engineering, data science, and analytics to deliver high-quality, compliant, and scalable products, while navigating HIPAA/ERISA constraints and delivering measurable impact.

Qualifications

• 7-10+ years of product management in healthcare tech.
• Proven people management, mentoring senior PMs.
• Deep domain expertise in Healthcare Claims End-to-End processing.

Responsibilities

• Lead & coach a small team of PMs to elevate output and growth.
• Define end-to-end product vision and roadmap for Core TPA Claims.
• Collaborate with design, engineering, data science, and analytics teams.
• Own strategy for our proprietary claims processing engine and integration.
• Drive cross-functional alignment to surface market insights and ensure buy-in.
• Establish product best practices with clear metrics and governance.
• Solve complex architectural and business problems to deliver scalable products.
