Job summary

Google seeks a Group Product Manager to lead AI for Finance, guiding products from conception to launch and aligning technical and business teams. You will drive strategy for AI-enabled finance processes across reconciliations, Source-to-Pay, and controllership, partnering across functions and product groups.

In this role, you will shape 0-to-1 capabilities, set direction for AI transformations in Google Finance, and mentor cross-functional teams in a fast-paced Core Labs environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
• 10 years of experience in product management or a related technical role.
• 5 years of experience taking technical products from conception to launch (e.g., ideation to execution, end-to-end, 0 to 1).
• Experience integrating generative AI tools or LLM interfaces into workflows.

Responsibilities

• Define and drive an end-to-end product strategy and roadmap to modernize financial operations across Google.
• Partner closely with key corporate finance functions to streamline workflows and enhance operational efficiency for finance teams."
• Lead rapid experimentation, design, and deployment of innovative financial technologies in a fast-paced Core Labs environment.
