Job summary

Google LLC in San Jose, CA, is seeking a Group Product Manager for AI Workflows in Finance to lead 0-to-1 capabilities and guide AI-driven changes across reconciliations, Source-to-Pay, and controllership at Google-scale.

You will partner with finance, engineering, design, and product teams to translate business needs into actionable roadmaps, mentor teams, and drive end-to-end delivery of innovative financial technologies in a fast-paced Core Labs environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
• 10 years of experience in product management or a related technical role.
• 5 years of experience taking technical products from conception to launch (e.g., ideation to execution, end-to-end, 0 to 1, etc.).
• Experience integrating generative AI tools or LLM interfaces into workflows.

Responsibilities

• Define and drive an end-to-end product strategy and roadmap to modernize financial operations across Google.
• Partner closely with key corporate finance functions (Controllership, Source-to-Pay, Record-to-Report) to streamline workflows and enhance operational efficiency for Finooglers.
• Lead rapid experimentation, design, and deployment of innovative financial technologies in a fast-paced Core Labs environment.
